中國耀華LED光機電生產基地項目

位於廣東中山市的耀華LED光機電生產基地為占地50平方公里，總投資約為1,200億元人民幣的大型光機電產品生產基地。截至2012年基地共有12家大型光機電產品企業入駐生產，年產值超350億元人民幣。創夏從基地立項目一開始就介入融資單元業務，成功為項目提供了資金和金融管理的保障。

China Yaohua LED Optoelectronic Production Base Project

Yaohua LED Optoelectronic Production Base in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province is a large-scale optoelectronic production base covering an area of 50 square kilometers with a total investment of approximately RMB 120 billion. As of 2012, there are 12 large-scale optoelectronic enterprises in the base, with an annual production value of over RMB 35 billion. The company has been involved in the financing unit business from the very beginning of the base project, successfully providing capital and financial management for the project.

越南南陽家具聯合體項目

2014年，五家中國家具行業龍頭企業在越南胡志明市，建立南陽家具生產聯合體基地。自2017前竣工投產後，不斷有新的企業加入, 目前已經有基於出口北美和歐盟市場家具的生產和配套企業13家，產值於2019年達到15億美元。項目初期的立項，融資，基建金融管理都有創夏參與並发揮主導作用，是項目成功實現預期目標的堅定基石。

Vietnam Nanyang Furniture Consortium Project

In 2014, five leading Chinese furniture enterprises established the Nanyang Furniture Production Consortium Base in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Since its completion and operation in 2017, new enterprises have been joining the project. There are now 13 furniture manufacturing and supporting enterprises with core business on exporting to North America and EU markets, with an output value of US$1.5 billion in 2019. Our participation and leadership in the initial stages of project development, financing, and infrastructure financial management are the cornerstones of the project's success in achieving its goals.

巴西加斯加斡大豆項目

2017年，創夏為巴西加斯加斡的20,000公頃大豆項目提供約7,000萬美元的自由融資服務，確保該項目按期執行。目前項目還在進行中，所需運作資金項目的融資仍然在進行中。

Cascavel Soybean Project, Brazil

In 2017, Chong Ha provided approximately US$70 million in discretionary financing for a 20,000-hectare soybean project in Cascavel, Brazil to ensure the on schedule execution of the project. The project is still on going, and the financing for the required operating capital remains in progress.

羅馬尼亞錫比烏汽車座椅項目

2000年，中國企業在羅馬尼亞的汽車座椅項目進入立項評審階段，創夏在後續的項目審批，在地銀行對接和融資方面全面掌管，為該項目初期融資1.5億萬美元，並為該項目運營資本的籌集和管理提供監管和審計服務。目前該項目為歐洲主要汽車廠家提供汽車座椅，年產值15億美元。

Romania Sibiu Car Seat Project

In 2000, the car seat project of Chinese companies in Romania entered the project evaluation stage. Chong Ha was in full charge of the subsequent project approval, local bank contacting and financing. We have raised US$150 million operation capital for the project at the initial stage, and provided supervision, auditing services and management for the project’s operation capital. The project is currently supplying car seats to major European car manufacturers with an annual production value of US$1.5 billion.
